The Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training course, as offered by F1TCO is the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma covering both gym instruction and personal training. This qualification aims to develop learners with no prior qualifications or experience and combines both the Active IQ Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification, Active IQ Level 3 Personal Training qualification to give you a Diploma.
Duration of course
This course is done via blended learning which includes a mixture of online learning via our e-learning platform, online recorded videos to help you with your coursework, followed by face to face teaching days with our experienced tutors. The course takes anything from 8 weeks to 3 months to complete (on average) and covers the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Training.
This qualification aims to train students to a high quality level, enabling them to prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes developing their skills, knowledge & technique to pursue a career in personal training at a high level with the additional modules of understanding how to run their own business as a self employed personal trainer.
