FITCO: Performance Specialist is a course to help improve ones performance in either the gym or a sport. This qualification will give students an insight to understanding what it takes to understand, design and apply a programme to help a client or athlete improve areas of their game in their chosen sport.
Duration of course
This course is completed via blended learning which includes revision and coursework via a online e-learning platform followed by one online multiple choice exam and the help of our FITCO tutors. You will also have access to 1 full weekend of working with 3-4 qualified strength & conditioning coaches who will educating you further with both practical and theory learning.
