The Level 3 Introduction to Nutrition course will help you understand the basic fundamentals of Nutrition. As a health professional it’s important that you are able to understand the basic fundamentals to Nutrition to help increase the clients knowledge and awareness. This course will ensure you are confident to understand macronutrients, micronutrients, food labels, hydration, energy systems and much.
Duration of course
This course is completed via an online learning platform in your own time which includes course content and revision quiz questions for each unit to help you with your one multiple choice exam that will be carried out online at the end. You will also have access to a team of tutors who specialise in nutrition throughout your time on the course.
