FITCO Introduction To Kettlebells, as offered by FITCO is designed by the team of head tutors & coaches and has been accredited by Active IQ as a professional CPD course. This qualification aims to provide learners with an understanding and awareness of how to correctly use Kettlebells and implement these into your clients programmes. With access to your own online e-learning platform with in depth videos of certain Kettlebell techniques along with the history, use and function of this great functional piece of kit.
Duration of course
This course is completed via an online learning platform, in which you study at your own pace in your own time. The online platform includes; powerpoint presentations, online recorded videos and revision quiz questions for each unit, followed by one online multiple choice exams and one practical exam submitted via video recording at the end of the course. The course takes on average 4 weeks.
