The Level 3 Personal Training course, as offered by F1TCO is the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. This qualification aims to develop learners with existing knowledge and skills in gym instructing, who would like to progress their career into personal training and have a successful career in the industry.
Duration of course
This course is done via blended learning which includes a mixture of online learning via our e-learning platform, online recorded videos, followed by face to face teaching days with our experienced tutors. The course takes anything from 6 weeks to 2 months to complete (on average) and covers the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
